Nanny Needed For My 3 Children In Our Munster Home.

Down-to-Earth family looking for right and, ideally, long-term, fit with the expectation of staying on for a few years. We also expect a nanny will be able to work alongside our MIL who is involved in our children's lives and care. Our oldest will likely start a half-day preschool program in the fall sometime. The right fit would be/have: * Responsive caretaker who is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. * Current knowledge in child safety. * Demonstrated experience with infants under 12 months old. * Ability to be careful about food allergies and dietary restrictions, as well as handle medications and emergency situations which may be necessary. * Ability to plan/structure activities with minimal screen time. We would prefer a nanny who has some form of child-specific education and who is bilingual (English/Spanish).
