We're looking a for a dependable and mature person to look after our 8 yr old after school and help with our teen as well (the teen is on the spectrum which requires above-average patience but also a strong personality. He doesn't actually need a sitter, though, but rather other support). The ideal person has an eye toward cleanliness to ensure the kids pick up after themselves, and can help with homework, ensuring the kids complete their daily chore, and create engaging activities either at home or out and about.
