I have 5 amazing kiddos 3 are in school during the day. I'm a stay at home mom and it gets tough sometimes, I just need someone to interact with them and play with them, I don't want someone who is just there, I want you to listen to them, be very hands on that's what my kids love. We had a nanny before we moved to Indiana and she was very active with my kids, they always wanted to be around her, she became family, so I'm just looking for that. It would only be when I need to get groceries, or clean, things like that, that's why the schedule would always vary.
