Honestly, I would mostly need an evening and overnight sitter for the kids once or twice a month. Someone okay with getting their dinner ready, feeding the little one, getting them put to bed, and watching over them throughout the night. They're great sleepers though so don't be afraid to catch some sleep yourself, and raid the fridge!
