We have a couple babysitters already but they have cancelled last minute more times than I prefer. I would like to find a sitter who can be consistent and reliable so I'm not constantly introducing my kids to new people to leave them with. We would need care occasionally for date nights and some daytime hours as well but I don't have set days of the week my kids would need care. I would know at least 24 hours in advance.
