I work at a school district, so my schedule is Monday-Friday. My husband's schedule is rotating four on, four off with both days and nights. So we don't have a set schedule m-f, and will change weekly. I have two children, one is six and he gets on the bus daily at 7:05 and one is three so he is the one that will be at home to be watched.
