About the job
We have 3 busy little boys. The majority of care would be for our two youngest (2&1) with occasional oversight of our oldest on days he's out of school. They enjoy being outside, going on walks, blowing bubbles & playing with a ball! The position wouldn't start until August. We need someone comfortable with redirection, positive re-enforcement, and typical toddler behaviors. Light cleaning up after the kids (picking up food from the floor, running over it with a swiffer; loading/unloading the dishwasher, putting away toys, folding kids laundry) and preparing toddler food (slicing foods to safe size, making a grilled cheese, Dino nuggets or quesadillas) are also part of the job! I work from home; you would need to be comfortable with an outgoing mom in the house as well!
