Ideally, Id love to set your hours week to week based on my work schedule and meetings. Some days I may need full-day care, while other days I might only need a few hours or a half day. I completely understand if your schedule doesnt allow for that kind of flexibility, and Im open to finding a routine that works well for both of us. On a typical day, the baby naps on and off, but Id also love for her to get some fresh air, go on short walks, and enjoy some age-appropriate play and interaction throughout the day.
