Seeking Engaging Nanny For Adventurous 12mo Old

We are seeking a part-time nanny to help out with a sweet 12mo boy at our home. My husband and I both WFH fulltime and would be here the vast majority of the time as well. We have flexible schedules, so our nanny's schedule can also be flexible, but ideally around 20 hours a week, 8a-12p M-F. Happy to flex those times and hours as needed for both parties! I am still breastfeeding and contact-napping for his daily nap, so it would be great to have someone who is willing to contact nap as well when needed. Ideally activities not involving screentime and when he can walk (not quite there yet!) park visits and other outings would be great. Light meal prep and housework (keeping kid stuff in order/post meal mess clean-up) would be helpful.
