Backup Care (No Days Needed Yet)

Job Needs: I have a main nanny, but I am looking for a back up once in a while when she is unavailable. To clarify, no days are specifically needed yet, but I would like to interview to have a couple of people I'm comfortable with that I could call for back up options. I would need a few hours support with a 7-month-old infant a couple days a week while I work from home. Must be comfortable safely carrying an infant and having long conversations with her. Please be ok with me saying hi to check in. And please be an open communicator and don't be afraid to interrupt me if something is wrong or if you need anything. Must be ok with 2 sweet cats in the house. Must align with our family motto: Black lives matter. Love is love.
