Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Indianapolis

We need help with last minute schedule changes. I am a nurse that can be called out at any time and my wife is a social worker that can also have the same scheduling needs. We need someone that can pick up/drop off our oldest at school, watch our 2-year-old or pick her up if needed, help with homework, bedtime, light housework or meals. Hours and times can be very sporadic and last minute. We would love to find a few candidates that we can call on since this is a position that would have little to no scheduling. We are also open to scheduled date nights or scheduled days as well.
