Caring Nanny With Reliable Transportation Needed For 1 Y/o Child In Indianapolis

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Indianapolis. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car (pick up needed from daycare near home), who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have 2 friendly, excitable dogs) and who is CPR certified. We would like someone who can pick up our child from school and play at our home until about 5:30. We follow Montessori principles and when the weather is nice, would love for our child to be able to spend time outdoors too. We would love an educator who has experience working with infants and toddlers. Fridays are flexible - some days no care would be needed and others could be a full day if the availability allows.
