Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Indianapolis.

I am looking for a great babysitter for my son in Indianapolis. He's on the spectrum but is fairly independent. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. I am looking for someone to replace his current respite person in the morning. I leave early in the morning for work and I'm in need of a trustworthy individual to come to the home and hang out till it's time to drive him to therapy or school in the morning. He is under the medical waiver and the said individual will apply thru a company and pass a background check to get paid for the hours and mileage thru his respite hours on his waiver.
