Part-time Nanny For 4 Month Old

Looking for a caregiver that is able to facilitate tummy time activities, sensory play, and helping our baby with meeting the appropriate age milestones. Must be able to stick to feeding schedule which includes holding baby upright for minimum of 30 minutes after each feeding. We are a religious family and would like a caregiver with the same kind of upbringing, preferably Catholic. Caregiver should be physically fit, non-smoker, with the ability to hold baby for up to an hour. Must be CPR/first aid trained and comfortable with indoor security cameras. We have plenty of parking available on our driveway. We have one dog. She is an 8-year-old Aussie mix. She is very friendly and can be high energy at times. She listens well to commands in a firm and assertive tone.
