Childcare Needed For Baby In Indy

Hello! We're looking for an in-home childcare provider for our infant son. I'm going back to work in the coming weeks and would need care at least 3x/week (M, T, Th) starting out. My son is currently 4 months old and is learning to roll and crawl. We would like someone to give him care and attention during his 1-2 hour wake windows throughout the day to help with his physical and mental development. He's also becoming more interested in toys, music, and shows from time to time. Between wake windows he will need bottle fed and put down for naps. He is still learning to self soothe so may need help getting to sleep. We do not use the cry it out method and are very hands-on and would like our caregiver to help in a similar manner.
