Nanny Needed For My Children In Indianapolis.

I work in Aviation so my schedule varies a lot. I have been on maternity leave since August 2024 and am extremely anxious about returning to work. My 4-month-old is still developing fundamental skills, needs care, and lots of attention. I feed him every 3-4 hrs or on demand, we attempt tummy time, play, and talk during his wake windows, and he will usually show signs of tiredness (rubbing his eyes/face). I will have a work schedule to provide every week/month but again, the time of day I have to report to work will vary.
