Long-term, Part Time Nanny For One Toddler Boy

We are looking for a long-term nanny: - One toddler boy (19 months) - 3 days per week (ideally Monday-Wednesday) - We live in NE Indy Our current nanny is transitioning to a new role, sadly. We are looking for someone who is engaging, nurturing, and trustworthy. Primary responsibilities are to play with our son and to feed him lunch/snacks. I work from home and put him down for naps and check in throughout the day periodically. Light housework (a load of laundry, take out the trash, cut up fruit/veggies) would be great while he naps. We are laid back people, our son is so much fun, and we want to pay you what you're worth!
