Nanny Needed For My Children In Indianapolis.

We are a Montessori (mostly) household and I would have some activities and structure to his day that I would expect. I would prefer to be able to have some planned routine but I also believe children are all unique and should have autonomy, so it wouldn't be rigid. He is allowed some tv time, but no small screens. He is very good at independent play, and he has access to a lot of toys and sensory stimulation inside and outside the house. We do have a dog, it would be great to let him outside occasionally but he is crate trained so that isn't a requirement. I would like help with light housework, or occasional tasks. Things Id only expect to be be able to be done while he naps, as he is currently a very reliable sleeper and takes a good 2 hour nap every day.
