Intermittent Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Indianapolis.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Indianapolis. We need a babysitter who is comfortable with pets, as we have a cat. I work from home and need someone to watch/play with my daughter at our home for a few hours while I finish my workday after she gets home from school. My husband travels for work and we need care only on days that he is not home. Also, my in-laws watch her occasionally. Care would only be needed for a few hours each afternoon. Schedule would vary week to week, so I need someone with flexibility. Care would take place at our house. Sometimes my daughter falls asleep or wants to play outside, color, or watch TV or her tablet. I am looking for someone to keep her company and give her attention. I would prefer to pay someone via electronically. Prefer someone who can drive.
