Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Indianapolis

My husband and I are looking for a part-time, long-term nanny for our 17-month-old son inside our home. Currently, my mom watches him, but she is no longer able to provide full time care. She can still provide part time care, so we are looking for a part time nanny - Likely 2 days per week, 8a-5p. Days are flexible, but would be the same every week once they are established. My husband works full time outside of the home & I work full time from home. I put my son down for naps, comfort him if he's upset, etc. since I am in the home, but we are looking for someone to play with him, feed him lunch, etc while I work and to do light housework/food prep while he naps (fold a load of laundry, cut up fruit for snacks, etc.) We are easy going people, would provide flexibility, and want to pay you what you're worth!
