Nanny On Flexible Schedule Minimum 18hrs Per Week

We are looking for a nanny for 2 little boys starting in July. R. is 2. 5 years old and G. is 1. 5. Both are generally happy and love to play, neither have any special needs. Henry (dad) is a urology resident and Lexa (mom) is a home health nurse with a variable schedule. We are looking for someone who is ok being a little bit flexible with us on exact start and end times of the day, but we can guarantee 18 hours of pay weekly, but will likely be higher (around 20-24) never more than 30. We also have two small hypoallergenic non shedding dogs that love snuggles and are pretty much self-sufficient. We would be open to you bringing your own children to our home as well.
