Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Indianapolis

I'm an anesthesiologist physician who works full-time, and my husband (Jeff) is an IT/business professional who also works full-time (from home). We have a 20-month-old, H, and are expecting our second boy in early August 2024. Our primary goal is to find a long-term nanny to provide in-home childcare so we are both able to continue with our jobs full-time. However, since Jeff works from home, we are also fairly flexible with hours and scheduling if needed. Our ideal candidate would be a career nanny with a lot of experience and knowledge of child milestones/development, and we are willing to pay on the higher end of the scale to achieve this. Other info: H had a prolonged NICU stay at birth. He appears to be developing normally and is meeting all of his milestones; however, he still receives weekly in-home PT/OT.
