Flexible Hours/Caregiver For Holidays And School Breaks

My family is in need of a caring and fun caregiver for our 20-month-old son. We are looking for someone that would have a flexible schedule to watch our son on the days that his school has off (seasonal breaks & holidays). We could also use help on occasion with having him picked up from school and getting dinner ready for him. We will need the caregiver to have their own transportation and feel comfortable with transporting our little one. Our son is a happy, energetic, typical toddler. He can be shy at first but once he feels comfortable with someone he opens up and loves hard. He loves to be outside no matter what the weather is doing. He enjoys playing with playdoh, coloring, painting, running, going to the park, and anything active. He doesn't sit still for long and will need someone who can be active with him! He loves to go for walks and explore. Our little one is in his snacking phase and wants a little bit of everything and wants to know he isn't missing out on getting a taste of everything. He is learning new words and new skills every day. We would love someone that would be able to encourage his growth and development with his language and motor skills. We are a relaxed, easy going family that likes a balance of educational activities and fun! Our 20-month-old son is our only child but we have two (large but sweet) dogs, so we would need someone that is comfortable with dogs. We have a Rottweiler and a Victorian Bulldog. Both love attention and are sweet boys. We are looking for someone with some flexibility with their schedule as we won't always need a lot of assistance throughout the week but would be available during his school breaks and days off. We would be willing to set something up on a more regular basis to build a bond and connection with our son.
