About the job
I am losing my nanny of 2 years at the end of April and am looking for someone to take her place. Currently help is needed approx once a week or on an as needed basis with date nights 1-2x a month. I have a 2. 5-year-old son who is very active and loves to play outside. Ideal candidate would be able to entertain toddler indoors and outdoors without screen time, able to pivot from activity to activity and redirect easily. Gentle parenting/authoritative parenting techniques are used in our home and that standard would need to be maintained with nanny. We do not do timeouts etc. Caregiver should also have first aid knowledge (CPR at least). Schedule can be discussed in more detail as needed. *this is not a full time/part time listing but more so as needed/based on availability* We do not have any pets.
