Full-time Nanny Needed For 1 Baby In South Bend

We're looking for a great full-time nanny for my baby who is currently 6 months old. My schedule might vary so nanny should be willing to be flexible. Will pay for overtime as well as providing annual PTO time/vacation/sick leave. (1). Cannot bring your own kids to work. (2) should be able to physically carry the baby and get on the floor easily (baby plays on floormat) (3). Prefer someone who lives within 35-40 minutes drive in Granger IN. (4) Cannot take baby out except for neighborhood strolls which are fine (cannot take baby to museums, outings etc..). No sand play, no water play. (5). Nanny needs to be committal to 60 hour workweek and needs to be flexible (6). Has their own car, CPR certified and must be nonsmoker. (7). We will only pay with tax-with holding.
