SAHM Seeking Care For My Children During Weekly Appointments And Date Nights

I am a stay-at-home mom seeking a dependable babysitter that is available during weekdays to care for my children while I go to weekly appointments and also to help out on the occasional self-care day or date night. My family just moved to Indiana and we don't have any family or friends close by to help out when needed. We are looking for a few people who would like to help watch and care for our children and become the village we no longer have. I would love for my boys to have sitters they know and trust who will become close to them and watch them grow up. They are both in diapers currently, but we are starting to work on potty training. We also have two large dogs who may need to go out occasionally. We have a pool and are planning a garden and enjoy being outdoors but also love to read stories and have movie days insde.
