Long-term Sitter For 3 Children, 2 Days Per Week + 1 Weekend Evening Per Month

We are looking for a long-term sitter for our twin boys who will be 1-year-old in April and our 4-year-old daughter, when she is not at preschool. I work part-time and am looking for someone who can work 2 days a week for 5 or 6 hours each day, totaling 10-12 hours. Ideally I would like someone who can do 8:30am-1:30 p.m. but my schedule can be flexible based on your class/work schedule. We would also love to have someone who would be willing to babysit for us one Friday or Saturday evening per month. A typical day would be some fun playtime in the morning, serving lunch (which I will prepare) and putting down for naps.
