Semi Regular Nanny Needed

Hello! We are looking for some semi regular help throughout the entire year. Generally, we need someone to watch our 4 & 5-year-old, but always have housework that can be done to add to your schedule. I'd love to find someone consistent to fit in with our family that the kids are comfortable with! Approximately once every month or two we need a date night/event babysitter (sometimes during the week), but 1-2 times a year we need a babysitter for a long weekend or an entire week. A few other times a year we need someone to take care of our cat when we are all out of town. Both kids are in private school, so there are always extra activities, early school pickups, random days off, etc. Flexibility, honesty, and laughter are important to our family. We are pretty easy going, but both work full time and are old, so we're pretty scattered:)
