Care For Toddler Boy And Light Housekeeping

I'm looking for someone who understands positive/respectful discipline and who is warm and caring to care for my almost 2-year-old from 9-1 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesday, those days can be flexible, it just needs to be two days a week for 4 hours a day. Needs to be able to put my son to bed and do light housekeeping (dishes, picking up, wiping down counters). I will be working from my home office most days. He is the youngest of five boys who are all in school. It's important to hold boundaries and to be the authority but it's also important to respect their bodies, get curious about their behavior and find the underlying reason for it instead of punishing them for it. We don't believe in time outs, spankings, or constantly telling them no. We do tell our children no but very intentionally and we try to balance it with what they CAN do.
