About the job
Ideally, the right person would have a background in education and/or early childhood education. I would need someone to watch and engage with my child for about 4 hours every day while I work from home. I also have 2 dogs, so I would need someone comfortable with animals as well. My child wakes up around 7:30, eats breakfast around 8-8:30, has playtime/activities from 830-1130, a snack around 1130 (or as needed), then naps around 12-1230.
