He will be around 3 months old when we need someone to watch him. He is a fussier baby at the moment. He likes to stay busy with his play mat and his picture cards. He loves to stare at faces and coo. He eats every 2-3 hours and we do not let him nap longer than 2 hours although he usually doesn't nap longer than 30-60 minutes. The hours would be around 7-4:30/5 depending on the day. Or 8-5 depending on our shifts. We need someone who is extremely patient who loves babies and can help soothe him.
