Full-time Babysitter For A Single College Momma!

Hey y'all I am a single momma that works full time! I am looking for a babysitter for a 1-year-old boy from 8:00-5:00 just during the work day)& a baby sitter who can pu my little girl down the street at her school & watch her until 5:00 as well. My family loves to have fun! We want someone who can keep the house alive & love on the kiddos. Values that are important to our family are honesty, integrity, and caring about the dignity of the person. I am a social worker so I think that tells you my core values haha. We are also a God centered household so that is not something I expect an individual to also care about but I would like it to be respected and if possible, fostered. My son loves to play peek-a-boo, chase and be chased back, exploring and learning new things at this age, playing outside, jumping on the trampoline, and watching Danny Go. My daughter loves all things about her! She loves playing board games, tablet time, singing, dancing, gymnastic activities, Pokemon, going to the park, and playing with other children. My daughter has ADHD paired with mild anxiety so she can get worked up or upset about small things especially after a hard school day. They don't have homework yet, but my daughter may need support with that if she does. If not, of course I will handle it when I get home. The caregiver should have the ability to deescalate situations. My daughter doesn't have autism but does great with ABA type behavior correction. I think that my kids park well with all types of people so I can't pinpoint anything other than that! My home does have parking and there's a bus stop near.
