CPR certified 2. help with light housekeeping 3. playful with baby (no screen time) 4. patient/calm 5. religious/spiritual (our family practices Islam) 6. experienced with children 7. fluent in English and/or bilingual Of note, her father works from home 3 days per week and I'm at the office 4 days a week (few miles away).
