Both girls are breastfed, and we are preparing for the transition to bottle-feeding during the day as their momma returns to work. Helen, who is smaller, requires extra attention during feedings, and both girls are adjusting to more wakeful periods and playtime. This role will require extra care and patience as they navigate these changes.
