Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Crown Point.

I am looking for someone to help care for my kids in crown point. I have three children ages 4, 3 and 1. Regular duties would include taking care of the youngest in the afternoon from 11:30-4pm, possibly picking him up school, and light house hold chores such as laundry/dishwasher. I would pay hourly. I am looking for someone who is flexible and can help take care of all three kids when they have days off from school ( snow days, e- learning days, winter break, spring break, summer break etc). When watching all 3 kids I would need care from 7:30am-4 p.m. I would pay additional per hour when care is needed for more than one child. I am looking for someone who is reliable and punctual as both me and my husband work in healthcare and cannot take time off easily. Thank you.
