I'm looking for a caring, patient, and reliable nanny for my3-year-old autistic daughter. This position will be part-time until summer, then full-time (35-40 hrs/week). Starting in the summer, every other week, my7-year-old will also need care. Hours: Part-time until summer, then 35-40 hrs/week (some long days 8 a.m. - 8 PM) Requirements: CPR & First Aid certification required About the Kids: My3-year-old is autistic (mild-moderate) with minimal behavioral challenges or aggression. She thrives with structure, gentle support, and a nurturing approach. My7-year-old is fun, independent, and loves to be included in activities. Looking for someone experienced with neurodivergent kiddos or willing to learn!
