My son is deaf. He goes to a developmental preschool, and the bus comes after my husband and I leave for work. You would have to get him ready for school, along with on and off the bus. My husband will get home anytime between 2:10-2:30. He loves to play with cars, his climbing set-up, and being outside. He also enjoys sitting and watching movies with you. He does have a sensory swing, but because of its location, we aren't letting him use it.
