Babysitter For Our Sweet 4 Month Old And Our Black Lab!

We are looking for a babysitter or nanny for our sweet boy. He's our first child and will likely be four months by the time I go back to work. I will be starting a new job in January so I'm unsure of the days that I'll work but I know that the schedule will be two days a week and that the hours will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. we will need a babysitter. My husband works Monday through Friday 730am-4 p.m. So the hours will likely not change, but once I know my schedule for sure the days might change. We also have a 3 1/2-year-old black lab that is super sweet. He comes with the job. Requires really no maintenance. He just will need to be let out throughout the day since someone will be here and keeping an eye to make sure that he doesn't eat anything that he shouldn't such as socks or diapers lol!
