I have two kids. A 4-year-old that will be in daycare and a baby that will be 4 months old when I need to return to work. I work from home and am looking for a nanny to watch my youngest. She has trouble sleeping and may need to be held to sleep, but other than that she is a good baby. I work from home so I could hold her during lunch time if needed.
