Part-time Nanny For A 3-year-old And An 8-month-old

Hi, We are looking to hire a reliable nanny who will be watching our girls at their grandparents house. You guys will be spending most of the time in the basement and at the loft, where grandparents don't usually go to. Our values include respect each other's bodies and we ask for things calmly. Our 3-year-old girl loves reading, doing puzzles, imaginative play, singing and dancing, and helping out in the kitchen. Our infant girl likes reading as well, but also likes to have her own space. When she is in the mood, she can chat up a storm. The caregiver will be watching the kids at grandparents house, you will need a car to get there unfortunately. They have plenty of parking space at their driveway. Grandparents' house has one dog and one cat
