Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Bloomington

Seeking a flexible, part-time nanny for 2 children, ages 1 and 3. An ideal candidate is familiar with Montessori/Waldorf/child-centered approaches to care, is creative and empathetic, and loves being outdoors. We are an active family, and we love hiking, hanging at the lake, strolling around town, and exploring parks. We don't offer screen time, so we are seeking active hands-on care that encourages our kids' natural curiosity in the world around them. We are looking for 10-15 hours of care per week, usually on weekday afternoons (between 2-6pm, flexible) with occasional weekend or evening care. In addition to childcare, light housekeeping, occasional pick-up/drop-off, occasional help with groceries/meals, etc. We're hoping to find someone who can commit to supporting our family through September 2025.
