Nanny Needed For 22-Year-Old Autistic Son In Wheaton.

We are seeking a caregiver for our 22 year son is Autistic (non verbal). We are looking for someone who has some exposure to people with special needs (non verbal experience a big plus), providing structure in his day, some work on communication and independent living skills, but simple things, nothing too demanding. He is non-verbal, does some communicating through an I pad with a language program. Generally, he is well behaved, but needs to be monitored. He likes his several games/activities, playing/listening to music, watching short videos, among other things. There will normally be another family member in the house, but will be occupied in other activities. We have specific needs now, but are open to an ongoing engagement.
