In search of a reoccurring sitter for our 3-year-old! We need someone that has some weekday/weekend date night availability. At first we would really want someone to be okay with coming by while I'm also home so that my daughter can warm up, she's very sweet and loves new people but will warm up faster if I'm here! Our daughter loves to paint, make crafts, go to the park. Anything to do with music and movement, she's all in. We're hoping to find someone that values kindness and respects her but is also able to defuse a meltdown and be great for the *not so* fun part about babysitting. Must be CPR/First Aid trained.
