Nanny Needed For 22-Year-Old Autistic Son In Wheaton.

Our 22-year-old son is Autistic and just graduated from his transition program. We are seeking a day program for him, but don't have one lined up. We are looking for someone who has some exposure to special needs, providing structure in his day, some work on communication and independent living skills, but simple things, nothing too demanding. He is non-verbal, does some communicating through an I pad with a language program. Generally, he is well behaved, but needs to be monitored. He likes his swimming pool and playing on another ipad, music, and games. There will normally be another family member in the house, but in my case, I teach online and cannot engage with him as much as he needs.
