In need of childcare for our daughter. The right caregiver would be kind, energetic, engaged, support our practice of limiting/avoiding screen time and provide plenty of outdoor time. Some flexibility on time and days of the week for the right person. We have an older daughter who attends school who would need care for an hour or so after school as well.
