R. is usually waking up from a nap around 12 p.m. I would have food planned to make for him but may need help finishing up feeding him & cleaning up after his lunch. They wouldn't need to do dishes. He is 15 months & I really want someone to do crafts with him, play with him, sing and dance and have fun with him. I could come up with activities and projects (unless the nanny prefers to do this). I will supply all materials for art projects etc. Nanny would have to be comfortable with changing diapers. He doesn't need any special care outside of the norm for a 15-month-old. He is very silly and energetic. He needs to get his energy out by crawling and running around the house and doing fun activities. I'd love for them to work on things like colors, numbers, songs, words, etc. I work from home & would be here daily. I am very relaxed :)
