My son will be 2 in March so he will need care for the entirety of the shift. My middle daughter is 4 and she is in school every day until 11:15 so she will need to be picked up from the grade school at this time. My oldest daughter is 5. 5 and in kindergarten so she will be in school until 2:40. I will arrange for her to be dropped off after school. My son will more than likely take a nap during the hours he is in care of the nanny.
