Long-term Childcare Provider For Occasional Nights And Weekends To (growing) Work-from-home Family

Seeking additional and occasional but steady supplemental caregiver for our 2-year-old. Mostly evenings and weekends. Some background: we recently moved from Chicago where we had a nanny for our child who also acted as our go-to "babysitter" for evening date nights and weekend needs. Since moving to the suburbs, we have put our child in daycare, but are seeking additional care from one dedicated person to supplement some evenings and weekends for work travel and date nights. Our child was very close to her nanny and we are looking for another strong connection to a new childcare provider to serve as our "go-to" sitter and caregiver. Both parents are work-from-home full time. We currently have one child and a small dog with plans to expand our family this year.
