Nanny Needed For My Children In Sandwich.

Hi! We are a new family of 3 with a 3-month-old and also an 11-year-old Aussie/collie mix dog. Our dog (Buddy) loves people and will snuggle with you all day if you let him. We are looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for our child at least 3-4 days a week. Looking for someone who is focused on a Montessori or similar approach with teaching. Our child is little still so does not have specific interests yet but we would love for the days to be a bit structured with zero screen time and for our little one to be loved like we love him! Also, we do have a bit of land with woods and a creek so would love for the outdoors to be incorporated to spark creativity and development as much as possible also weather permitting.
