Nanny Who Is Skilled With Infants And Young Children

Looking for a reliable and compassionate person who is skilled at caring for babies and young children. Our ideal caregiver sticks to an outlined schedule for both our4-month-old daughter and our3-year-old son, providing the constant care an infant requires, while also engaging with and caring for our son by reading to him, playing/singing songs, possibly doing small crafts/hands-on activities, continuing to help him learn his colors, letters and numbers, etc. When weather permits, willing to go on short walks in the neighborhood and watch as our3-year-old plays outside. Familiarity or past experience in sleep training is a plus (for our infant). Familiarity and understanding of child development and behaviors. We have a small dog in the house who is quiet and gentle.
